Core
Our core classes are primarily derived from both Tae Kwon Do and Karate Do. Classes are available for people of all ages and skill levels. The training is organized by age and ability so we can most effectively teach all students. The 3 age groups are:
| Tiny Dragons | 4 - 6 years old |
| Kids Class | 7 - 15 years old |
| Adult Class | 15 and older |
Each age group is further divided into beginner and advanced classes. Occasionally an intermediate class may
be formed to further tailor training to the students.
The training goes beyond Tae Kwon Do and Karate Do and include aspects of Koden Kan, Judo, Thai & Western Boxing,
Shaolin Kung Fu, Chi Na, Taiji Chuan, Bagua Zhan, Ninjutsu and Aikido. The training introduces individuals to the
essence of the martial arts by helping students get healthy and strong as well as develop inner strength, lasting
confidence and discipline. We strongly believe in enhancing the community by helping students develop a strong, moral
character and respect for themselves and others.
